"El quefer del café" seeks to eliminate disposable tableware in the cafeterias of the Universitat de les Illes Balears. The idea is to offer a system of cups and lunch boxes for the campus cafeterias, so that all the products offered for takeaway are used within a takeaway and return system of reusable containers.​​

The aim is to reduce the use of disposable cups in coffee machines, to raise awareness of the potential health problem and the amount of waste generated. The project suggest a system of vending machines that allow the use of personal reusable cups, so as not to dispense a disposable cup each time.
